What is ESM?

ESM

ESM is a Comprehensive Course (Online) for Anyone Who Wants to Become a Scrum Master. It Will Be Very Comprehensive, with About 45 Hours of Training To Gain Complete Knowledge of What is Agile And The Details Of Scrum And Kanban Framework, With More Information Of Each And Every Scrum Events/ Ceremonies, Reports, Communication, After That Hands-On Practical Based Training On Jira. At stage three, we’ll combine Jira and Scrum expertise with a Live Project to replicate a Sprint. Additionally, there will be mock interviewers, question-and-answer sessions, debates, and interview preparation.

Stage 1: Complete Overview – Agile / Scrum & Kanban

Stage 2.2 : Jira Administration

Practical Tool based Training to understand how to Administer Jira to Set our Organizational Standard and set up the Compliance of your Agile Project

Stage 3: Sprint Simulation

Implement your Scrum Knowledge and Jira learning in a Live Project. 6 to 7 Days a day total 12 to 14 hours, Training within a group of 5 to 9 members (a distributed Scrum team) to simulate the full scrum cycle, using Jira. This will give a hands-on understanding and chance of practice to learn all Scrum Ceremonies, Artifacts, Roles and Responsibility, Scrum Reporting in Jira

Duration : 12 Hours Regular Cost : INR 13000 (Approx USD : 180)

Now you have sufficient knowledge on working as Scrum Master, and ready for Interview, Lets Brush up and give it a final touch. It will be around 6 to 8 Hours based on the progress and readiness.
