This is an 8 Hours Training. Focusing on all aspects of Azure Boards Software for facilitating Scrum Events and creating and managing dashboards. Once enrolled, you will get a Training Invitation. The Training is purely Practical based. PowerPoint slides will be covered to navigate the topics, Instructor will demonstrate each step and give the opportunity to all participants to replicate the steps on ADO.
You will do the exercise in groups so that group members can help each other. Each exercise is time-boxed. After the time box, you will ask questions or repeat the steps if you failed to replicate that.
In this interactive and hands-on training/boot camp participants will learn to create Epics, Features, Product Backlogs & Tasks using Microsoft’s Azure DevOps Boards.
Participants will be able to create queries, charts, and custom work items as part of this course. Additionally, Scrum masters will learn how to use Azure Boards Software to effectively facilitate all key Scrum Events like Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, etc. Participants will get a good understanding of creating and analyzing Dashboards.

Azure Boards provides software development teams with tools to manage their software projects. It supports Agile, Scrum, and Kanban processes, calendar views, configurable dashboards, and integrated reporting.

Team can track their work by creating work items.The Agile process provides several work item types—for example, user stories, tasks, bugs, features, and epics among others—to plan and track work

User stories or requirements are part of the product backlog. Once the product Backlog is ready, the team creates a Team backlog as part of Sprint Planning.

Boards present work items as cards and support quick status updates similar to sticky notes on a physical whiteboard. The team can collaborate by adding, updating, and reviewing your work items as cards on a Kanban board.

Delivery and Release Plans show the scheduled work items by sprint (iteration path) of selected teams against a calendar view.
