Summary

This two-day course prepares current Scrum Masters for their leadership role in facilitating Agile team, program, and enterprise success in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) implementation. The course covers facilitation of cross-team interactions in support of program execution and relentless improvement. It enhances the Scrum paradigm with an introduction to scalable engineering and DevOps practices; the application of Kanban to facilitate the flow of value; and supporting interactions with architects, product management, and other critical stakeholders in the larger program and enterprise contexts.

The course offers actionable tools for building high-performing teams and explores practical ways of addressing Agile and Scrum anti-patterns in the enterprise.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification

SAFe Certification Kit

Attendees who pass the certification exam will receive:

  • SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certificate
  • A SAFe 4 Advanced Scrum Master digital badge to promote your accomplishment online
  • A one-year certified membership as a SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, which includes access to the SASM Community of Practice
  • A SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification usage guide with SASM certification marks
  • Access to a variety of learning resources to support certified professionals during their SAFe journey

Annual Renewal

Certifications expire one year from the date the certification is earned.

Exam Details

  • Exam Name: SAFe® 4 Advanced Scrum Master Exam
  • Exam Format: Multiple Choice;
    Multiple Select
  • Exam Delivery: Web-based (single-browser), closed book, no outside assistance, timed
  • Exam Access: Candidates can access the exam within the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of the SAFe 4 Advanced Scrum Master course
  • Exam cost: First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs $50.
  • Exam Duration: Once the exam begins candidates have 120 minutes to complete the exam
  • Number of Questions: 60
  • Passing Score: 42 out of 60 (70%)
  • Language: English
  • Retake policy: Second attempt on exam (first retake) can be done immediately after first attempt. Third attempt requires a 10-day wait. Fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait.

Where this training will be conducted ?
This Training will be conducted in your city, probably within any hotel Banquette hall  or any closed city, depend on how many candidates are there.

When this training will be conducted?
we will soon published the calendar (if already not published). as Scaled agile recommend to have at least 12 participants for each class, we will schedule the training once we will have minimum of that number of participants enrolled.

Will you provide any invoice of the payment ? 
Yes we will provide a payment invoice with all necessary details that may require for any reimbursement.

Will I get any PDUs after your training program?
Yes, you will get 16 ‘Course or Training’ PDUs after completing the 2 days course, towards PMI’s PMP® / PMI-ACP® credential after training program.

Attendees may be eligible to apply for 15 PDUs toward their continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP, PgMP, and PMI-ACP certifications.

Attendees may be eligible to apply for SEUs under Category C, toward earning or renewing their CSP through Scrum Alliance.

You will get hard copy of the course material, along with that access to Scaled Agile Community. Plus multiple links to learn, prepare for exam and implement. Also access to SAFe E-learning Program, for your course.

Is there any additional cost for exam?
The first exam attempt is included with the course fees, In case you fail on first attempt, each retake will cost you $50.

When Can I Give the exam ?
with in 30 days from your course completion. 2nd Retakes can be done immediately, If you need more retakes, that have a resting period.

Can I attend this class online ?
No, these course are designed to conduct within team in a class room kind of structure.
